JMOs Launching New Careers by the Holidays!
The Cameron-Brooks team will travel to Charlotte on Thursday to help a new group of JMOs launch careers by the holidays. It’s our fifth and final JMO Career Conference of 2019! As we work to finalize all of the candidates’ interview schedules, we expect the average number of interviews per candidate to be 13+!
We have a great lineup of companies and opportunities attending the JMO Career Conference with over 40 hiring groups, 35 distinct companies and 6 brand new companies! We are also excited to see 25 Cameron-Brooks Alumni returning to recruit on behalf of their companies for this last Career Conference of 2019. Some of them are alumni we helped transition fairly recently, while others we helped transition many years ago. However, all of them are currently in advanced leadership positions within their company. They are returning to our November Conference to continue to find top JMO talent for their organizations. As an example, some of titles of the recruiters include: Chief Operating Officer, Operations Manager, Senior Vice President of Sales Development, Business Unit Manager, Vice President of Operations, Manager of Branch Operations, Assistant Director of Operational Programs, and more.
Because our candidates will interview for OPEN positions with decision makers and hiring managers at the Conference, the turnaround time from the Conference to receiving an offer is usually, on average, just 18 working days. That means our November Conference Candidates will complete their career search right around the Thanksgiving holiday! What a great feeling!
