Ali joined the Cameron-Brooks team in 2022 after spending 17 years as a Speech Language Pathologist in various settings. As a Associate in Recruiting, Ali works with Junior Military Officers throughout numerous military bases in the U.S. to help them prepare for a transition into leadership roles in corporate America. It is important to Ali to learn about the officer and help guide them into fulfilling careers. Ali resides in Fredericksburg with her husband and three children. She enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.      

Bevin is a Xavier University alum and prior Army Medical Services Officer. She became a part of the Cameron-Brooks team in 2023 after spending her initial corporate years in the informational technology industry. Today, Bevin lives on the coast of South Carolina with her family. She enjoys traveling, camping, backpacking, and outdoor activities. As an Associate in Recruitment, Bevin offers insight on the transition with her own experiences as well as her husband’s success as a Cameron-Brooks alumnus. It is important to Bevin to understand the goals of a transitioning officer and to provide them with relevant information to make the most informed decisions for their future.

Maddie joined Cameron-Brooks in 2025 and is thrilled to lead marketing efforts, be a part of the recruiting management team, and support relationships at Camp Lejeune. Prior to joining Cameron-Brooks, she was Chief of Staff at Kneen & Co, a luxury goods ecommerce company. She began her career on Wall Street, working in Key Account Management and Consumer & Retail Investment Banking. She holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in English (cum laude) from Princeton University. Helping veterans is near and dear to her heart.

Desiree joined Cameron-Brooks in April 2015. Her background includes 7 years of experience in Human Resources within the petrochemical industry and more than 15 years of administrative experience. As an Associate, Operations, Desiree specializes in helping Jr. Military Officers prepare for a transition to the business world. She lives in Fredericksburg, TX with her daughter.

Josie joined Cameron-Brooks in 2013. As our Associate of Operations, she leads many of our organizational processes here at Cameron-Brooks and ensures quality communication to our candidates and client companies. Josie holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Angelo State University and an MBA in Marketing from Regis University. Prior to joining Cameron-Brooks, Josie worked for 13 years in Property and Casualty Insurance for USAA. She is a native of Fredericksburg, TX where she lives with her husband and son.

Michelle joined Cameron-Brooks in 1996 bringing 6 years of management experience with a Fortune 500 retail company. With more than two decades of JMO recruiting experience at Cameron-Brooks, Michelle is one of our tenured recruiting Senior Associates. She has helped hundreds of Junior Military Officers plan and prepare for successful transitions to the business world by successfully managing our recruiting efforts at some of the largest military bases across the country and in Asia. Michelle is known for her excellent organizational skills and "make-it-happen" leadership. She is a native of Texas and lives in Fredericksburg with her family

Kelly joined Cameron-Brooks in 2014, bringing 15 years of management experience in the retail industry. Her background is in customer service and leadership with a focus on team building, training, mentorship, merchandising and operational excellence. Kelly is one of our recruiting Senior Associates. She is passionate about building relationships with Jr. Military Officers and helping them transition into the business world. Kelly is a native of Fredericksburg, Texas, where she enjoys spending free time with her husband, family and friends.

Amber joined the Cameron Brooks team in April of 2018 after spending 11 years as a high school science teacher with a concentration on biology and chemistry.

As a recruiting Senior Associate, Amber works with Junior Military Officers at several of our key U.S. military bases to help them prepare to transition to business careers.

Amber is a native of Fredericksburg, TX, where she resides with her husband and four children. She holds a degree in Biology from Texas A&M University and excels in customer relationships and mentorship. When she is not helping candidates work toward their career goals, she enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Leslie joined the Cameron-Brooks team in 2023 after almost 20 years in the Quarter Horse Racing business. She brings a wide array of experience as a Licensed Social Worker. As a recruiting Senior Associate, Leslie works with Junior Military Officers throughout numerous military bases in the U.S. to help them prepare for the transition into leadership roles in corporate America. She enjoys building relationships with Officers and supporting them as they strive to achieve their career goals. Leslie lives in Fredericksburg with her two children.

Candy has been with Cameron-Brooks since 1990. With 35 years of experience in JMO recruiting, Candy brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. She is a recruiting Senior Associate where she works with Junior Military Officers at several of our key U. S. military bases to help them prepare to transition to business careers. She's also an integral part of our hiring conference team where she plays a big role in running our conference operation. Candy has a BS in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M, and lives in the Texas Hill Country.

Danielle joined the Cameron-Brooks Team in 1998 after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M. She is our in-house resume consultant and has a key role in working with candidates prior to their hiring conference helping them build and refine their resumes. Danielle is a Fredericksburg native. When she is not helping candidates with their career goals, she spends much of her time with her husband and two children ranching and enjoying the Texas Hill Country.

Tana joined the Cameron-Brooks team in 2023 after spending 18 years in public education as a teacher and then school administrator. As a Senior Associate, Engagement Tana works with Junior Military Officers at several of our key U.S. military bases to help them prepare for a transition into leadership roles in corporate America. It is important to Tana to actively listen to the officers and help guide them into fulfilling careers. Tana graduated from Texas Tech University and holds a Master's degree from Schreiner University. She lives in the Texas Hill Country where she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Katie joined Cameron-Brooks in 2025, bringing with her a passion for building relationships developed during her career as an educator. She works with prospective client companies to forge lasting partnerships, helping them hire highly qualified Junior Military Officers. Katie also provides dedicated support, coaching, and encouragement to candidates during their conferences as they navigate their career transition. She is a 2013 graduate of Texas Tech and lives in the Texas Hill Country with her wife and two children.

Megan joined Cameron-Brooks in 2014 bringing with her seven years of management experience. She is a member of our Client Services Team, and aids in our pursuit to deliver quality recruiting to each of our Client Companies. Megan also works closely with candidates as well as companies throughout the hiring conferences and follow-up process. She is a graduate of Baylor University and resides in the Texas Hill Country with her husband and family.

As an Associate Principal, Tim helps educate Junior Military Officers on the leadership opportunities available to them in Corporate America. Before joining Cameron-Brooks in 2019, he spent 13 years managing recruiting efforts for award-winning software, energy, and staffing companies in Texas, California, and Washington, D.C. Tim’s track record of identifying high performers and providing career guidance is built on interviewing thousands of professionals from a wide spectrum of disciplines and career levels.  Tim has learned that transitioning jobs can be one of the more stressful times in life and is eager to provide career guidance at such a critical time. Tim has a BS in Business Administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and lives in Fredericksburg with his wife and two children.

Geoff joined Cameron-Brooks in 2025 as an Associate Principal and helps lead our Junior Military Officer Recruiting program to identify and recruit top Junior Military Officers who have the ability and desire to make the transition to the business world and grow into senior leadership roles. He works closely with our active-duty candidates by coaching, mentoring, and developing their skills to successfully transform their careers and lives. Geoff is passionate about building relationships with them and helping them successfully transition from the military into the business world. Geoff served 10 successful years in the US Navy as a Navy Pilot and separated as a Lieutenant Commander. He served 4 operational deployments throughout the Pacific and Middle East, then served as an Instructor Pilot and Safety Officer. Geoff graduated with Merit from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis with a BS in Operations Research. Geoff was a 4-year letterman for the Varsity Men’s Soccer team and was unanimously voted to serve as the Team Captain in his Senior season. He grew up in Broken Arrow, OK, and currently lives in the Texas Hill Country with his wife and three kids.

Brock joined Cameron-Brooks in 2023 as an Associate Principal and helps lead our Junior Military Officer Recruiting program to identify and recruit top Junior Military Officers who have the ability and desire to make the transition to the business world and grow into senior leadership roles. He works closely with our active-duty candidates by coaching, mentoring, and developing their skills to successfully transform their careers and lives. Brock is passionate about building relationships with them and helping them successfully transition from the military into the business world. Brock served 5 successful years in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer where he deployed 3 times to the Western Pacific Brock has a BS in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis. He grew up in Dallas Texas and currently lives in the Texas Hill Country with his wife.  

Lauren’s priority on relationships permeates her interactions with clients, military candidates and program alumni in her Principal role at Cameron-Brooks.  She enjoys connecting clients from a wide variety of industries with high-quality Junior Officers/Veterans to fill needs within their organizations. Lauren also walks beside our Junior Military Officer candidates in the transition from active duty to the work force, and then enjoys sustaining these relationships as the candidates become alumni of the Cameron-Brooks program. Finally, Lauren brings creative leadership and strategy to our marketing and recruiting projects. Prior to joining Cameron-Brooks in 2011, Lauren worked as an analyst for the FBI. Lauren graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University and resides in the Texas Hill Country with her husband and three children.

Joel joined Cameron-Brooks in 1999 after serving as an Armor officer in the U.S. Army. Joel is a Partner at Cameron-Brooks and leads the company's recruiting team. His work touches virtually every part of the business, including managing recruiting, working with client companies, and traveling throughout the United States and overseas meeting with Junior Military Officers. Joel is an expert at interviewing and a gifted teacher and coach. He has helped thousands of JMOs develop their skills and prepare for successful transitions to the business world. He also provides career coaching and mentoring to Cameron-Brooks alumni throughout the business world to help them grow their skills and maximize their career success. Joel is originally from Minnesota, graduated magna cum laude in Finance from Notre Dame, and lives in the Hill country with his wife and four children.

Chuck joined Cameron-Brooks in 1994, is now the company President/CEO, and provides leadership to all aspects of the company. For over two decades, he has successfully introduced JMO recruiting to leading corporations in a variety of industries throughout the business world. He has been quoted in business periodicals such as The Wall Street Journal and FORTUNE Magazine, and is recognized as an expert in the JMO recruiting industry. Chuck enjoys working with corporations helping them diversify and augment their talent programs with high-quality Junior Officers/Veterans. He also spends a lot of time coaching and mentoring Cameron-Brooks alumni as they navigate and grow their post-military careers in the business world. He approaches his work with a passion for helping people and organizations maximize their potential and success, and watching former JMOs grow into senior leadership levels of corporations all over the globe. Chuck graduated from Bucknell University, is originally from the Washington, D.C. area, and lives in Fredericksburg, Texas, with his wife and three children.
