June 2019 JMO Career Conference & The Power of Our Network

Today the Cameron-Brooks team will travel to Charlotte to kick off our third JMO Career Conference of 2019!  We finalized the interview schedules yesterday, and we expect the average number of interviews per candidate to be close to 13!

We have a great lineup of companies and opportunities consisting of over 40 hiring groups and seven brand new companies!   We are also excited to see 22 Cameron-Brooks alumnus returning to recruit on behalf of their companies for this June JMO Career Conference.  These are all former JMOs we helped transition many years ago, many of whom are in advanced leadership positions within their company, and are returning to Cameron-Brooks to continue to find top JMO talent for their organizations.

Because our candidates will interview for OPEN positions with the decision makers and hiring managers at the Conference, the follow-up interview process from the Career Conference to accepting an offer takes, on average, just 18 working days. As an example, some of the positional titles of the recruiters include: President, Southern Region; Vice President and General Manager; Senior Vice President of Sales Development; Senior Director of Operations; Chief Financial Officer; Chief Commercial Officer; Chief Financial Officer; US President, and more.   This is just one of the advantages of partnering with Cameron-Brooks and if you are interested to learn about the other advantages, I invite you to read the blog post my colleague Joel Junker recently published.
