A lot of NEW for 2017!

There’s lots of “NEW” in the air!  A new year, a new US President, and now a new Career Conference for 2017!  Another “new” was the DOW closing above the 20,000 mark for the very first time in its history; and while that is not THE indicator of the strength of our current economy, it certainly is AN indicator and one that should have us all a little excited.  With our first Career Conference of 2017, we are seeing several new companies attending, some old client companies that haven’t attended for a while, and many “regulars”.  We are also starting to see the resurgence of some industries in their hiring such as oil & gas and consulting.  We have close to 40 distinct companies attending this Career Conference, and the candidates will be averaging over 12 interviews each!  While we certainly can’t predict what the rest of 2017 will hold, we are excited about the tremendous lineup of companies and opportunities for our January Career Conference.   We have some of the largest companies on the FORTUNE 500 list attending along with several new companies.  This includes opportunities ranging from a small 200+ medical device company to one of the largest energy companies in the world.  It includes opportunities in engineering, consulting, finance, team leadership in manufacturing and operations, general management, and sales.  It is a privilege to be a part of each of our candidate’s first steps towards their career in Corporate America.

Sample industries for the January 2017 Career Conference include: Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Consumer Package Goods, High Technology, Energy, Consulting, Information Technology, Industrial, Building Materials, and more.
