Rob Davis

Rob helps lead our Junior Military Officer recruiting efforts, traveling to military bases throughout the United States and overseas to identify top quality leadership talent.

He also works closely with our active duty candidates to help them prepare for transitions to the private sector. Rob is a former Army Armor officer and company commander. Before joining Cameron-Brooks, Rob spent 5 years working for Cisco Systems in product development and operations and 5 years at Oldcastle as a Vice President of Business Development, General Manager, and Vice President of Operations.

Rob has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Rob grew up in an Army family and has lived all over the world. He currently lives in Fredericksburg with his two children. Rob joined the Cameron-Brooks management team in 2010.
