No military experience is required for this internship
Recruiting Mission: Give every Junior Military Officer the opportunity to compare their career options in business.
What You Will Learn:
Behaviors to boost your professional development including interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, leadership skills.
Functional skills in talent acquisition, marketing and data analysis.
Executive decision making through access to our team of company principals.
Conduct online searches for potential candidates using LinkedIn search tools including Boolean search techniques. Goal: 10 qualified profiles a day.
Execute a nurture plan via contact info available (LinkedIn message, phone, text) to schedule initial conversations with Officers.
Engage prospects in exploratory “pain funnel” conversations and provide a recommendation based on their needs.
Prepare profiles for candidate assessments.
Projects to support data analytics, marketing and lead generation.

Required Experience: Rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate degree program from an accredited university.
