Marketing and Brand Manager

 

Job Description:

Cameron-Brooks is seeking a Marketing and Brand Manager to lead all marketing programs to help us grow and continue to be the premier leaders in military to business transitions.  This is a new position, created due to the critical nature of adapting to the needs of our business.  You will report to the Senior Vice President and Partner for Candidate Services, developing strategy and executing initiatives that drive business for both the Candidate and Client sides of our business.  This is an exciting time for Cameron-Brooks with lots of change and innovation in our marketing efforts.  Our Junior Military Officer (JMO) candidates and client companies are dynamic in how they think about careers and hiring respectively. As a result, we must continually create and refine initiatives to attract the best JMOs and client companies for our services.  These efforts include lead generation campaigns, search engine optimization, brand strategy, advertising, social media engagement, target nurturing, and sales and marketing automations.

Your specific responsibilities include:

Develop and continue to innovate a Candidate and Client experience that exudes trust, excellence and quality to JMOs and clients.
Create, implement and monitor candidate and client lead generation programs that include managing marketing and sales automation programs.
Lead creative projects that position Cameron-Brooks as thought leaders within industry. This includes educational video series, video testimonials, designing presentations, transition guides and our Podcast.
Manage relationship with external marketing agency, including establishing performance metrics and measuring performance.
Maintain and update company website to be the best within the industry differentiating us from the competition and presenting to JMOs and clients an image of excellence and knowledge experts in our industry.
Create a social media strategy and calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter that creates engagement and supports our brand.
Develop a program to engage our alumni which improves retention as well as promotes hiring from Cameron-Brooks in the future.
As a small company, everyone takes on additional projects as needed to grow the company. This is one of the exciting parts of working at our company. You can expect other projects that will stretch your experience and knowledge but that will allow you to be challenged, grow and develop.

Required experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and presentation software.
Work experience or education related to marketing.
Ability to travel by plane and car and stay in a hotel up to 30 nights per year.

Preferred experience:
Social media advertising.
Lead generation.
Brand development.
Creating and editing video and audio for marketing purposes.

 

This is a full-time position working out of our modern office in beautiful Fredericksburg, TX or remote.

Compensation includes base salary, bonus potential, paid time off, retirement plan and health insurance.
