In this episode, I interview Jerry Morones. Jerry is a former Army Signal Officer and has an Electrical Engineering degree from Yale University. He transitioned from the Army to Medtronic in 2015 and is currently leading technical projects in the Design Assurance group. During our conversation, we spend a lot of time talking about how to naturally transition from the military to the business world and focus on three main areas:

- Ways to get buy-in across different functions in an organization
- Enhancing your skills through education
