Steve joined Cameron-Brooks in 1997 and is one of our lead recruiters. He travels all over the world helping Cameron-Brooks identify and recruit top quality Junior Military Officers. He also provides operational leadership to our recruiting team, delivers high quality training to our active duty candidates, and helps match candidate capability with company needs at our Career Conferences. Steve is a former Army Infantry Officer who spent 6 years in general management with a division of PepsiCo and Brinker International before joining Cameron-Brooks. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy and his MSBA from Boston University. Steve and his wife have two daughters and live in Fredericksburg, Texas.
