Roger was instrumental in developing the concept of recruiting and placing JMOs into the business world during the late 1960’s. He has continuously worked in this field since that time, and is considered an expert. Roger has appeared in
FORTUNE magazine,
The Wall Street Journal, on CNN, ESPN, and several TV and radio talk shows. In 1990, Roger authored
PCS To Corporate America, which is now in its third edition and widely recognized as the definitive career search guide for Junior Officers. Roger knows JMO recruiting thoroughly and has been called a "legend in the business" by many. He attends all of our Career Conferences, and works with Cameron-Brooks Alumni to help them continue to achieve success in the business world. Outside of Cameron-Brooks, Roger enjoys bird hunting, Harley Davidson motorcycles, and riding horses on his ranch in Fredericksburg, Texas.
