René is one of our company founders and entered the JMO recruiting business in 1971. As our company President, she has extensive experience working with Junior Officer candidates and client companies. She has successfully introduced the concept of hiring JMOs to many leading Fortune 500 companies across many industries, and helped companies expand JMO hiring to multiple departments and divisions. She provides leadership to every facet of Cameron-Brooks from recruiting, to managing clients, to running our Career Conferences. René is originally from West Texas, and is a graduate of Texas Tech University. She sits on several boards in Fredericksburg, Texas, where she has lived for over 25 years.
