Mary Lou is the operational backbone of Cameron-Brooks. She has been with the company since our inception and has over 30 years of JMO recruiting experience. Mary Lou has helped thousands of Junior Military Officers make successful transitions to Corporate America. She works closely with our active duty officers as they approach their transitions, helping them to define their career options and prepare for the Career Conference. Mary Lou manages our Career Conference operations center, develops the interview scheduling process, and is a key member of our follow-up team. Originally from Northern California, she is a graduate of UC Berkeley and lives in Fredericksburg, Texas with her husband.
