Karena joined Cameron-Brooks in 1997 and is one of our most experienced Recruiting Team Leaders. She manages our recruiting operations at some of the largest U. S. military bases as well as those in Europe; and has helped hundreds of Junior Military Officers from all branches of service make the transition to the corporate world. Karena is known for her vast experience in JMO recruiting, for her Texas-friendly personality, and for maintaining life-long relationships with Cameron-Brooks Alumni all over the business world. She also provides operational leadership to virtually every part of our business from recruiting, to Career Conferences, to helping candidates in the follow up process. Karena is a native of Texas, and lives in the Hill Country with her husband and two children.
